1.Create the form dashboard Create a new dashboard drag the "Freestyle Form" component from the right form component, select the dataset and bind the data, as shown in the figure below. 2.Form setting Select the component cell and click setting on the right to see the menu of <Analysis>, <Form Editor>, <Edit Permission>, <Calculation Expression> and <Form Operations>. Here are some of these features for you. 2.1Analysis Users can analyze the data in the header of the parameters and the data column / freestyle form component, including highlight, link and alert. 2.2Form editor Please refer to the data check section, setting the data type, control, scope, message of data columns. 2.3Edit permission V9.3 Version later support. 3.Set up the mapping relationship Reference the form commit, select the freestyle form component in the source field. In the pop-up add cells window, select the cells to match. If multiple cells need to fill in the same column, you can select more to the list. That is, the correspondence between the source column and the constant / grid computing cell can be 1-to-1 or 1-to-many. Set the product name as a key. The mapping relationship match is shown in the figure below. After setting, click to set row relationship, otherwise it cannot be saved. 4.Set the condition check Reference to the data check, for the condition check of the freestyle form component, the cells in the component can be selected for the conditions on the right, which can support more scenarios. In the figure below, set the condition "Sales _ sum is> = Profit _ total" on the "Sales _ sum" cell. 5.Preview The data in the database are shown below. 6.Right-hand button When editing the form dashboard, the cells freestyle form can insert rows / columns, delete rows / columns, copy cells, cut cells, paste cells, merge cells, hide rows / columns, and show rows / columns. When preview the dashboard, use the right button of the cell to support copy / paste content. [Delete] Take the selected cell as the benchmark, do the action to delete rows / columns, including: delete rows, delete columns. [Copy cells] Copy the contents of the currently selected cell. [Cut cells] Cut the contents of the currently selected cells. [Paste cell] The cell content that is copied or cut before pasting on the currently selected cell. [Merge cells] The selected cells that can form a regular rectangle are merged into one cell, which can be selected by holding down the ctrl key. [Hide] Hide the selected rows / columns, which will not be show on the table, but other data associations based on the hidden rows / columns will not be affected. [Show] Show the hidden rows / columns in the table. [Copy content / paste content] Click to select the cell in the table, you can also use Ctrl, Shift to copy the content after batch selection, and also support copying data from the Excel table. The copied content can be pasted into the form parameter table, freestyle form components and Excel, etc. Table data outside vividime BI has special settings such as calculation, link and file, which cannot be pasted. Edit: Preview: ➢Explain: In the metadata mode of the edit dashboard, when there is a hidden row/ column, click the hide row/ column, and the show hidden row/ column dialog box will appear, showing the visibility, row number / column number, and first cell data in the component. The user can determine the number of shows/ hides to set from the first cell data by clicking on the eye icon in the first column. 7.Excel form When preview or view the form dashboard, the mouse floats the freestyle form component. You can click the import Excel data button in the upper right corner of the component and import the data through the Excel form, as shown in the figure below. First, the imported Excel table style should be consistent. There can be empty rows or columns in front of the data area, as shown in the figure below. Click on Import Excel data, and upload the Excel file. Match type: support both table header name and cell position. •According to the header name, that is, automatically matching by the table header name and the written database column, applicable to form parameter components. •By cell position, that is, by the data start position in Excel, it is suitable for the freestyle form component. Data from: when the matching type is cell position, you can set the data from, and the default is auto. In auto mode, the system looks for the first non-null lattice in Excel by default, which matches with the freestyle table as the first starting cell in the upper left corner. In user defined, the user can customize the starting rows of the number of Excel taken and the starting rows and columns in the freestyle table, as following picture shows. Here we can choose auto, click OK, upload the data as shown below. Click commit to upload to the written database. ➢Note: After uploading, there are grid computing, calculation expressions, non-editable columns, and the data will not be overwritten, where the grid computing and calculation expressions are updated by calculating the values of the corresponding cells.
