vividime Desktop does not support rights management configuration.
Privilege manage system is used to set the user rights to access the system, such as specifying that a user can only log in to the user portal interface to access the existing dashboards, but not to log in to other interfaces such as dashboard creation to make changes to the dashboards. Permission manage system is divided into four categories: No Security System, File System Security, LDAP Synchronization & File System Security,  Customized Security.
Select Security System, click Apply to configure the selected method into the system and refresh the page.
1. No Security System
When the user selects this item, the Authorize Users, Enterprise Application Configuration, and Application Management modules of the manage system are hidden:
Any user of the product can access the Create Connection, Create Dataset, Advanced Analytics, Create Dashboard, View Dashboard, and Schedule Task modules, but only administrators can access the Manage System module. When a non-logged-in user switches to the "Manage System" module from another module, a pop-up will appear on the current page, as shown in the following figure.
Clicking "Yes" will take you to the administrator login screen, where you will be able to access the manage system. If you click "No", you will remain in the original interface.
2. File System Security
The file system security is the manage system provided by this product. The authorization management class and user management class used are both default and cannot be modified by the user. When this item is selected, the Authentication Authorization, Enterprise Application Configuration and Application Management modules on this interface are in an available state, as shown in the following figure:
After the user selects the File System Security, the user will be required to enter a user name and password when accessing any module of this product.
3. LDAP Synchronization & File System Security
When the user selects this type of permission manage system, the secondary navigation bar of the authentication and authorization interface will display the LDAP configuration module, and the user can dock the user's LDAP server by configuring the correspondence between the LDAP server and the permission system. Through this type, you can synchronize the users in LDAP into the system and give them the rights to resources and operations. Refer to LDAP Configuration for the specific interface and synchronization method.
4. Customized Scurity
When the user selects this type of Permission Manage system, the user-defined User Class and Authorization Class are required. The User Class and Authorization Class displays by default the classes of the previously selected Privilege Manage system, as shown in the following figure:
When a customized security is required, you can perform custom development of user and administrative classes by entering the class names of the custom development into the locations shown.
