Operation steps Click Export to CSV File/Export to Excel File to export the dataset to a file in the format of. csv/. xlsx. The downloaded file is saved to the default download directory of the browser. The file name is the dataset name. For repeatedly downloaded files, add (X) distinction. 4. Other instructions 4.1 The data on the dataset cannot be exported or completely exported under the following conditions •Hidden columns on the dataset cannot be exported. •When desensitized columns exist on the dataset, the dataset cannot be exported. •The data format set by the user on the dataset does not support export. Only the format of the data itself is exported. •The user who is currently performing the export operation cannot export the data columns (in the blacklist of column permissions or not in the whitelist of column permissions) that are not visible due to the column permissions settings on the dataset. •The filtered data on the dataset cannot be exported. 4.2 Export line limit CSV export is not limited by the csv.max.rows parameter. If Excel export exceeds the 1048576 line limit of a single page, it cannot be exported in full. |
