Once you have created and saved a dashboard, you can share it publicly with others if you want external users to view it. The person being shared can click on the link and scan the QR code to open the dashboard without deploying and downloading it.
2.Functions 2.1 Upload to vividime Cloud
2.2 Open vividime Cloud Click Desktop homepage navigation [Personal Center > vividime Cloud] to open the vividime Cloud interface.
2.3 Public share Go to the dashboard page of vividime, hover your mouse to the dashboard that needs to be shared, click [More > Share], and in the pop-up "Share" dialog box, turn on the public sharing switch.
•Encrypted sharing: After checking the box, you can set a password for the shared dashboard, which supports upper and lower case letters and numbers. The range of password length is: 1-8 digits. •Set expiration date: After checking the box, you can set the expiration time for the shared dashboard link, the default filling is 7 days. The range of validity is: 1-365 days. If unchecked, the dashboard is valid for a long time. •Copy link: Click on the link to copy the dashboard link. •Open link: click to open this dashboard in a new tab. •QR Code Share: use the scanning function to open the dashboard in WeChat, browser and other apps on mobile devices. Mobile also supports sharing after saving images.
2.4 View Sharing Publicly share the dashboard link and dashboard QR code to social platforms, forums, etc. Users can open the dashboard by clicking on the dashboard link and scanning the dashboard QR code (if the dashboard is encrypted for sharing, a password is required) without the need to deploy and download. Close: Click on the  close icon at the bottom right side of the public dashboard dashboard to close the product banner. Secondary share: at the bottom of the publicly shared dashboard, hover your mouse over the  share icon, copy the link, scan the QR code to share the dashboard again. ➢Description: Secondary sharing of the dashboard on mobile via WeChat and browser sharing.
2.5 Unsharing Consistent with sharing, dashboard will no longer be shared publicly after public sharing is turned off in the sharing screen. When a previously shared dashboard is opened again, it will prompt: Failed to open shared dashboard, sharing has been closed. 3. Other notes •My dashboard, From Shares, Favorites folders and dashboard links cannot be shared.
