When a new desktop version of the installer is released, a button is displayed in the bottom right corner of the home page to remind users to upgrade. 1.2 Upgrade steps Click the "Upgrade to xxx" button at the bottom right corner of the homepage to download the new version of the installation package. Users need to select the path where the installation package is stored, and the download progress will be displayed during the download. Once the download is complete, clicking the button again will open the catalog directly and the user will need to click on the installer to install the product. ➢Attention: If you close the product during download, the download will be interrupted. If you download and do not install the product, opening the throw again will prompt an update. Turn off the product before installation. 1.3 Other To make it easier for users to download the desktop version, the function of downloading the desktop version has been added to Server. Users can click the Download Desktop Version icon to select and download the desktop side that matches their computer system. Users can control this portal with the parameter, helpcenter.desktop.download=true/false , true to show the download desktop portal icon, false to hide it. ➢Note: •The administrator needs to manually place the desktop installer into the "... /vividime/Desktop/". •In a load-balanced environment, the administrator needs to manually ensure that the installation packages for each C-node are consistent.
