1. Portal configuration •The portal home page is used to configure the home page accessed by PC users, and the mobile portal home page is used to configure the home page accessed by mobile users. •Add Portal Configuration: The drop-down list loads all the portals in the system (configured portals are not shown), and you can configure the application scope after selecting a portal. If you do not configure the application scope, you cannot continue to add the next configuration. The configuration list order determines the priority for displaying the portal, for example, user a owns the groupAdmin_role and the portal configuration list is shown below. If the first portal configuration is moved down, user a visits the portal "Quartrly Sales Analysis". If the user configures the application scope to be everyone_role, it is visible to all users. ➢Description: The set portal is only visible to users with read access to that portal. •To set up the system portal, users can click on the green "Edit Portal" link on the page to go to the Edit Portal interface, refer to Edit Portal for details. 2. Portal utilization •After completing the portal home page configuration, users logging into BI will be taken to the configured portal page: Click on the icon to return to the original system home page, and click on the icon to return to the login page. •Under the vividime system page, you can click the navigation bar [More > Portal Home] page to go to the portal page (PC). •Refer to the Mobile Home Page for mobile portal usage. |
