1. Overview
1.1 Application scenario
Users find the dashboards they want to view, or organise and manage some dashboards.
1.2 Function
Users can search for and find dashboards, and can also move, copy, delete, and bookmark dashboards.
2. Dashboard management
2.1 Search
You can search for a dashboard by entering a dashboard name or keyword in the top search box. Entering keywords in the search box, the list will be queried and filtered in real time, and the folder where the dashboard is located will be expanded automatically to make it easier for users to locate the dashboard.
2.2 Filter
Click filter icon, in the pop-up filter box, you can filter dashboards according to different dashboards  types and share types, and the left dashboard list is the filtered dashboards, and the default is all.
2.3 New folder
1) Click More > New Folder on the right side of the top search box to create a new level of folder.
You can also click More > New Folder on the right side of the specified folder to create a new sub-folder under the folder.
2) After clicking New Folder, the new folder will be displayed in the list and in the renaming state, the folder name is New Folder X by default, you can rename the new folder directly.
2.4 Batch Share

2.6 Rename
Folders and dashboards support renaming, you can click More > Rename on the right side of the file you want to rename, enter the new name in the Rename pop-up box, and click OK.
2.7 Move, copy, paste and delete
•Move
1)Click More > Move to to the right of the file you want to move. You can also use the shortcut key Ctrl to make multiple selections.
2)After clicking Move, the following dialogue box will appear, select the target save path and click OK to move successfully.
•Copy and Paste
1)Select the folder or dashboard you want to copy, you can also use the shortcut Ctrl to multi-select, and click More > Copy on the right side.
2)Select the folder or neighbouring dashboard you want to paste, on the right side More > Paste.
•Delete
Select the folder or dashboard you want to delete, you can also use the shortcut Ctrl to make multiple selections,and click More > Delete on the right side.
2.8 Bookmark

2.10 Download
2.11 Export as template
Click Export as Template, set the template name and click OK, the dashboard will be exported as a jar package. For more information about templates, please refer to Dashboard Design > Dashboard Template.
➢Note:
Analysis dashboard and vivid dashboard support exporting as templates, while Ad_hoc analysis dashboard and complex dashboard don not.
