Dashboard Favorite

1. Overview

1.1 Application scenario

Users need a folder to store frequently used, special, concerned dashboards, which can quickly and accurately locate the target resources.

1.2 Function

You can add dashboard to favorites and you can see favorites folder in the create dashboard and view dashboard modules.

2. Add to favorites

Both the create dashboard and view dashboard screens can bookmark dashboards.

1)On the dashboard management screen, select the dashboard you want to bookmark, on the right side click in More > Favorites.

If you are viewing a dashboard in icon mode, you can click Favorites icon on the dashboard directly.

2) After Add to Favorites, you can see your favourite dashboards in the favorites folder.

3.Top dashboard

The favourite dashboards can be displayed at the top of all the favourite dashboards.

1)You can select the dashboard you want to put on the top of the list in the dashboard management under the favorites section, on the right side click in More > Sticky on Top.

If you are viewing a dashboard in icon mode, you can click Sticky on Top icon on the dashboard directly.

2)After clicking Sticky on Top icon, you will be able to see the top dashboard in the favorites folder.

4. Remove favorites

•Remove favorite single dashboard

Find the dashboard you want to remove favorite dashboard in the favorites folder or in the dashboard source location, on the right side click in More > Remove favorites.

If you are in Icon Mode, you can click Remove favorites icon directly on the dashboard.

•Remove favorite all dashboards

In the favorites folder, on the right side click in Remove All favorites.

5. Remove top

Locate the dashboard you want to remove top in the favorites folder or the dashboard source location, on the right side click in More > Remove from Top.

If you are in dashboard icon mode, you can click Remove from Top icon on the dashboard directly.
